Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the perception of consumers of fruit and vegetable products in the city of Florianópolis, SC, regarding the benefits or advantages of products classified as alternative and their willingness to purchase them.

Engenheiro Agrônomo, com doutorado em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade de São Paulo (2013), mestrado em Agroecossistemas pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (1997) e graduação em Agronomia pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (1988). Atualmente é agente técnico de formação superior IV - Analista de Socioeconomia e Desenvolvimento Rural do Centro de Socioeconomia e Planejamento Agrícola da Epagri - Empresa de Pesquisa Agropecuária e Extensão Rural de Santa Catarina - Epagri/Cepa. Tem experiência na área de Agronomia, extensão rural, desenvolvimento rural, planejamento estratégico, desenvolvimento territorial e indicações geográficas.
