Campaign for the 35th anniversary of Agropecuária Catarinense Journal

In 2023, Agropecuária Catarinense (RAC) will be 35 years old. Since it was born in 1988, the journal has gone through numerous phases and has had to reinvent itself to keep up with innovations and new editorial standards. Since the days of Empasc, the journal has gone through several cycles. Some sections were abolished, others incorporated; Extremely relevant information for Santa Catarina agriculture was published (some only in RAC), editorial teams came and went...

A new cycle of changes came from 2016, when Agropecuária Catarinense started to be published also in its online version by the Open Journal Systems (OJS) system. In 2020 we focused on the scientific part, we conquered new indexers and greater relevance in the scientific comunity. In 2022, we already had more than 100 thousand downloads of articles and we conquered five more indexers/repositories.

We are preparing several actions to celebrate RAC's 35th anniversary. In addition to articles, reports, commemorative stamp, actions at events and strong dissemination of the journal, the campaign counts on your participation.
