Abstract

Rural development approaches, called systemic, participatory and sustainable, have not shown significant changes in relation to previous strategies. In this article, another perspective is added to the dialogue on development: the Constructivist approach, which brings different meanings to metaphors such as knowledge, information, communication, development, participation and power.
