Economic analysis of lamb production

Knowing the influence of production factors, production costs composition and the economic indicators is considered of fundamental importance for a proper management of production systems. This study aims to present an economic analysis and the costs of the production systems of lamb. The importance of production indices for the composition of economic indicators is emphasized. The results of a 3-year study showed that the intensification of the production systems resulting in reduction of fixed costs as well as the improvement of technical indices are decisive factors influencing economic outcome.
