          Abstract

Control measures of pest and diseases in willow crops need to be environmental friendly because
they are located nearby rivers. In this way homeopathic and phytotherapic preparations are such suitable crop protection measures. Two experiments were carried out at EpagriI/Experiment Station of Lages in order to assess the effect of homeopathic and phytotherapic preparations on morphogenesis and biomass accumulation
of Salix viminalis, a specie of willow recently introduced in that region. The homeopathic and phytotherapic preparations did not affect the morphogenesis and nor the biomass accumulation of Salix viminalis willow crop.
Hormesis phenomena can occur between 6th and 30th centesimal hahnemann dilution.
