          Abstract

          Ninety five sheeps from twenty three farms located in thirteen municipalities were analysed concerned to prevalence of Brucella ovis antibodies. External exams by touching scrotal organs and serological
          exams were done. The serum was submitted to the immunodiffusion gel agar test for antibodies of Brucella ovis. All samples reacted negatively to serological test and no clinical symptoms of Brucella ovis from the scrotum were observed.
