          Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the forage yield in different winter annual grass multi-cropping with and without fertilizaton. One experiment was carried out from April to October 2010 using the experimental design of complete blocks with four replications and a factorial scheme 3 x 2. Three pastures were evaluated: rye (Secale cereale L.), rye + black oat
(Avena strigosa Schreb.) and rye + black oat + ryegrass (Lolium multflorum Lam.) with and without fertlizaton. No interacton was observed between multi-cropping and fertilization factors. The highest pasture yield was verifed in the multi-cropping of the three species evaluated. Fertlizaton increased dry mass yield by 47%.
